Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with our product, we are happy to accept your return according to our Returns Procedure and Returns Window below.
Returns Procedure
Because of the disposable nature of our fantasy football draft board and player label kits, we cannot accept returns on items after they have been used.
If our product is damaged in transit or is unsatisfactory for any reason, upon receipt of the item – either refuse delivery or send it back to us at PO Box 1667 Winterville NC 28590. The customer is responsible for the return label and postage.
Upon our receipt of the return tracking information, we will either refund your purchase price in full, or send out a replacement kit at no charge. Whichever the customer prefers.
Returns Window
All returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item. This 14 day window begins after the successful delivery of your order.
Refund Method
Once your return has been accepted in accordance with the above returns procedure and time frame, your refund will be credited to the original form of payment within 24 hours.
